Right-click the process and select Restart. Search the list of processes for Windows Explorer. Invoke the Taskbar by pressing the Ctrl + Shift + Esc keyboard shortcut. You can move the taskbar to any of the four sides of the desktop. Click and drag the taskbar to the desired location on the screen. To move the taskbar, right-click on an empty space on the bar, then click “Lock the Taskbar” to de-select the option. Click on the OK button to finalize your changes. Make sure to enable the “Customize Taskbar” option, then choose “ Transparent.” Adjust the “ Taskbar Opacity” value until you’re satisfied with the results. Switch to the “Windows 10 Settings” tab using the header menu of the application. To dismiss it, you have to click inside the app that is full screen. This will show the taskbar but it won’t automatically dismiss itself. The two keyboard shortcuts that you can use to show the taskbar in full screen are Win + T and/or Win + B.
